I'm Andreas Ulyanov, 36 years old, and a passionate craftsman with a deep love for the Black Forest. You've chosen to stay in my beautiful vacation accommodations, and for that, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The creation of these apartments was not just a craftsmanship project for me; it was a matter of the heart. My primary focus in renting these spaces is to make you happy. I share my love for nature and outdoor activities with my guests. Hiking, cycling, and skiing are among my personal passions, and I always strive to provide you with exactly what I would desire as a guest.

The apartments and the house are meticulously designed to ensure that you feel as comfortable as I would if I were a guest. I look forward to warmly welcoming you and providing you with an unforgettable stay in the Black Forest.


Rules

House Rules for a Pleasant Stay

We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartments in Triberg in the Black Forest.To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

1. No Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our holiday apartments. Please use the designated smoking areas outdoors.

2. Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, please contact us in advance to make possible arrangements. Check-out: Check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to respect this time. It is only fair not to keep our cleaning staff waiting so they can prepare the holiday apartment as thoroughly as possible for the next guest.

4. Cleanliness:

We appreciate it if you leave the holiday apartment in a tidy condition upon departure. Waste disposal: Please take out the trash before checking out and dispose of it in the designated bins. Dishes: Please ensure that the dishes are cleaned in the dishwasher before departure. Outdoor shoes: It is not permitted to step on upholstered furniture or beds with outdoor shoes.

5. Pets:

Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet per night. Please note that the minimum pet fee is €30 per stay. If pets sleep on the beds or require additional cleaning, an extra charge will apply.

6. Use of Sun Loungers:

After using the sun loungers, please return the cushions carefully to the sauna’s anteroom.

7. Use of the Gas Grill:

When using the gas grill, it is very important to turn off the gas supply immediately after use.

8. Sauna and Shower Rules:

When using the sauna, always cover the seating and lounging areas with towels and handle the sauna infusion with care. The infusion contains essential oils and may ignite if not handled cautiously. Children may only enter the sauna when accompanied by an adult, as there is a risk of burns. After the sauna session, you may use the outdoor shower. Please use the sauna shower only with water and avoid using shower gel, soap, or shampoo. Please ensure that the water supply is turned off after using the sauna shower.

9. Consequences of Non-Compliance with House Rules:

Please note that failure to comply with the house rules may result in consequences, including possible charges for non-compliance.
