House Rules for a Pleasant Stay
We are pleased to welcome you to our vacation apartments in Triberg in the Black Forest. To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, we kindly request that you observe the following house rules:
1. No Smoking:
There is a strict no-smoking policy in our vacation apartments. We ask you to smoke only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
2. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests and residents by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In: The check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive before this time, please contact us in advance to make any necessary arrangements. - Check-Out: Check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to this time. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of 20 Euros per adult for each hour started.
4. Cleanliness:
- We appreciate it if you leave the vacation apartment in a tidy condition upon departure. - Trash: Please take out the trash before check-out and dispose of it in the provided bins. - Dishes: We kindly ask you to clean the dishes in the dishwasher before departure. - Street Shoes: Entering upholstered furniture or beds with street shoes is not allowed.
5. Pets:
- Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 Euros per pet per night. - Please note that the minimum pet fee is 30 Euros per stay. - If pets sleep on the beds or additional cleaning is required, an appropriate fee will be charged.
6. Use of Outdoor Lounges:
- After using the outdoor lounges, please ensure to carefully return the cushion pads to the sauna's foyer.
7. Use of Gas Grill:
-When using the gas grill, it is crucial to turn off the gas supply immediately after use.
8. Sauna and Shower Rules:
- When using the sauna, cover all seating and lounging areas with towels and handle the infusion with care. The infusion contains essential oils and can ignite if mishandled. - Children are only allowed to enter the sauna in the company of adults due to the risk of burns. - After using the sauna, you have access to the outdoor shower. Please use the sauna shower with water only and avoid the use of shower gel, soap, or shampoo. - Be sure to turn off the water supply after using the sauna shower.
9. Consequences for Non-Compliance with House Rules:
- Please be aware that not adhering to the house rules may result in consequences, including potential charges for rule violations.
